Product information "POLY-PTX Eco Smart Adapter"
The innovative, inexpensive and tool-free longitudinal grinding quick clamping system for use on 100 mm keyway shafts. Simply slide the tool rollers onto the Eco Smart Adapter - they are fixed automatically when the machine is running. Regardless of whether extra-wide rollers with a working depth of 150 mm or narrow wheels with a working depth of 50 mm, all components are quickly and securely held on the Eco Smart Adapter. Wheels 50 mm wide can also be fixed at any position on the shaft without any spacer rings.

• Laminated hard rubber sleeve that guarantees completely vibration-free work and 100 % concentricity .
• Simply slide the adapter onto the splined shaft and the Eco Smart tools can be used.
• Guarantees immediate, secure hold of the tools after being pushed on.
• Can be used for POLY-PTX® and all longitudinal grinding machines with Ø 19 mm splined shaft.
• Innovative tool holder for lightning-fast roller changes.
• Thanks to the simple Eco Smart system, Eco Smart tools up to 150 mm working width can also be used.
• Maximum speed 6,000 rpm
