The electrical structure is particularly protected, especially in the case of high volume of dust. Who does not know this: Metal dust collects inside the electrical device and causes a short circuit, which can destroy the device.
The problem could be avoided by regularly "blowing out" the air inlet openings, but in daily practice this maintenance requirement is very often neglected. And the subsequent annoyance about a defective machine is great! Eisenblätter provides a remedy! In addition to the improved, internal encapsulation of the live parts, the air inlet is shielded by a newly developed particulate matter protection cap. Despite these protective measures at the "rear" of the grinder, the speed control can be easily changed at any time using the setting wheel. Other products often cover the entire setting wheel.
Inside the newly developed Particulate matter protection cap there is a exchangeable filter fabric which can be easily blown out or exchanged at any time in the event of excessive dust contamination can be. The basic set includes 10 filter grids to change.
This clever idea increases the service life of your machines enormously!
