MAGNUM fillet weld flap disc

The large lamella protruding of the MAGNUM® fillet weld flap disc allows fillet welds to be leveled and rounded. The protruding abrasive flaps are flexible and therefore adapt to the shape of a fillet weld. All inner radii can be processed with it. It is equipped with the same RZ zircon fabric as the MAGNUM® Cool Top® 5+. This RZ zirconia fabric plus cooling agent guarantees enormous advantages compared to conventional flap discs: often up to 50% faster in the removal rate, much longer service life compared to conventional flap discs and cooler grinding thanks to additional cooling agents. Thanks to the food-safe, elastic ABS plastic backing plate, an even grinding pattern is created. the trimmability of the plate enables maximum performance up to the complete consumption of the fabric.
