Soft special fleece material for fine sanding (prepolishing) of aluminum and soft metals for a perfect mirror shine. Comes without pastes or cream used. Also removes fine scratches and does not smear on aluminum.
Features:
• Disc change in seconds thanks to Velcro attachment.
• 100% concentricity and secure hold thanks to centering pins.
• Material: Special nylon fleece in superfine grain
• Ideal speeds:
- 2,000 - 3,000 rpm at 115 mm
- 2,000 - 3,000 rpm at 150 mm
• Maximum speeds:
- 4,000 min-1 at 115 mm
- 3,000 min-1 at 150 mm
Recommendation:
Use with soft damping adapter for even better workpiece adaptation.
