This technical surface conditioning fleece is ideally suited for removing light scratches and oxide layers, deburring and fine grinding on metals and other materials.
Features:
• Disc change in seconds thanks to Velcro attachment.
• 100% concentricity and secure hold thanks to centering pin.
• High-quality surface conditioning (SC) fleece material with reinforcing fabric for extremely long service life.
• Fine sanding in all grit gradations up to a matt finish.
• 1FOR2 Extra Coarse with ceramic grit even removes light weld seams and spots while fine grinding and smoothing clean and soft grinding transitions.
• Ideal speeds:
- 5,000 - 8,000 rpm at 100 mm
- 4,000 - 7,000 rpm at 115 mm
- 4,000 - 6,000 min-1 at 125 mm
- 3,000 - 5,000 min-1 at 150 mm
- 2,000 - 4,000 rpm at 178 mm
• Maximum speeds:
- 12,000 min-1 at 100 mm
- 10,500 min-1 at 115 mm
- 9,600 min-1 at 125 mm
- 8,000 min-1 at 150 mm
- 6,700 min-1 at 178 mm
