Product information "MAGNUM Poly Magic Wheel Mirror finish in corners"
For fine grinding and mirror polishing in fillet welds and in the corner area. Creates a flawless mirror shine in just two steps without any polishing pastes or creams. Can be used on the front as well as flat.
Application:
1. Pre-grinding and leveling of finer weld seams with grit A.
2. Polish to a mirror finish with grit B.
Features:
• Diameter 165 mm.
• Material thickness 6 mm.
• Saves considerable working time and replaces time-consuming manual labor, especially in the construction of railings with the corner welds that frequently occur there.
• Can be used on many variable speed angle grinders / polishers.
• Carrier plate made of food-safe, elastic special plastic: Easy to trim and vibration-dampening.
• Ideal speed 3,000 - 4,000 rpm.
• Maximum speed 5,700 rpm.
New recipe:
• Highly compressed fleece disc for significantly longer service life.
• Can now also be used over a large area.
