Elastic SC fleece flap disc for fine grinding of straight and shaped components. The spring action of the plate packs creates soft grinding transitions that often do not require reworking. With the applied pressure, the user can decide for himself whether material should be removed or, with light pressure, the surface should only be beautified or finely deburred.

• Highly elastic, resilient fleece flap lock washer with low overall height.
• High-quality surface conditioning (SC) fleece material for extremely long service life.
• The perfect introduction to a later high-gloss and mirror-finish polishing of stainless steel.
• Large effective contact surface for improved heat dissipation.
• Ideal for rounding inner edges.
• Fine sanding in all grit gradations up to a matt finish.
• Ideal speed 2,000 - 5,000 min-1.
• Maximum speed 12,200 min-1 (80 m/sec approval according to EN13743).
• Elastic natural fiber high-tech compound carrier plate protects the environment and users (CO2-neutral), completely trimmable for complete use of the pane, noise and vibration dampening.
• With the grain 1FOR2 extra coarse (green) thanks to the ceramic grain fraction thin weld seams and points can be removed without any problems .
