Saves several work steps thanks to high material removal with very fine grinding and simultaneous removal of scratches and weld spots. The ideal introduction to a later mirror finish polishing. Leaves the slightest roughness.
Features:
• Abrasive cloth with pyramid-shaped grain structure and additional heat-insulating layer.
• Disc change in seconds thanks to Velcro attachment.
• 100% concentricity and secure hold thanks to centering pins.
• Ideal speeds:
- 4,000 - 6,000 min-1 at 115 mm
- 3,000 - 5,000 min-1 at 150 mm
• Maximum speeds:
- 10,500 min-1 at 115 mm
- 8,000 min-1 at 150 mm
Recommendation:
Use with soft damping adapter for even better workpiece adaptation.
