Product information "POLY-PTX CERAMIC mix wheel"
A completely new and particularly attractive surface appearance on stainless steel is created by this newly developed grinding roller, using a special ceramic lamella recipe and our further developed fleece fabric in grain size 60. The wear behavior between fleece and ceramic fabric is of decisive importance here in order to achieve a uniform finish over the life of the sanding roller.
The KERAMIK MIX wheel fulfills all of these requirements and creates a previously unattainable, shiny longitudinal structure , which achieves special effects, especially on visible surfaces. Bright and slightly glittering shine, completely shadow-free, is the result. Smaller damage to the sheet metal and slight scratches are removed at the same time.

• Ideal speed 1,000-2,000 rpm.
• Maximum speed 5,000 min-1.
• 19 mm spline shaft mount.
• With vibration-damped sleeve (design protected) for 1-fold, 2-fold and 4-fold splined shaft, thus 100% concentricity.
