The ideal table-top or floor-standing device for the lightning-fast, double-sided deburring of sheet metal parts of all metals (including stainless steel) in one operation.
Features:
• Simple and safe operation without prior knowledge.
• 2 speeds selectable (600 rpm for fine deburring and 1,200 rpm for standard deburring).
• Powerful 380 volt three-phase motor for continuous use.
• Sheets up to approx. 5 mm sheet thickness
• Robust aluminum gear with mounting spindles for replacement tools.
• Now with standard suction flange for industrial vacuum cleaners
(inside Ø 35 mm).
• Wear-free, hardened guide rail (continuously adjustable).
• 1 set (2 pieces) sanding mop wheels deburrs approx. 2,000 m of stainless steel sheet.
• Easy to change spare mop wheels.
Tip: To avoid damage to the ROLEI BE 5 gear, only use Original ROLEI mop wheels with 100% cotton fabric.
