In addition to the well-known longitudinal grinder from the POLY-PTX® series for working widths from 100 to 110 mm, Eisenblätter now offers a compact version of its legendary longitudinal grinding machines especially for roller widths up to 50 mm on! Thanks to the ideal speeds of 800 - 3,000 rpm , almost all surface treatments can also be done in "small format" for permanent professional use .
The prerequisite for this versatility and usability of almost all possible grinding tools is of course the high torque , which is guaranteed by the special special gearbox even in the lower speed range. All grinding and polishing tools are equipped with M14 threads and allow a very quick and tool-free roll change.
By using a belt drive roller , round pipes can be completely processed just as easily on closed pipe constructions .
